"Promised to reach me same day and did so. Fault was blocking all the RCD controlled circuits in the house so I had one socket, cooker and gas central heating available only. Checked my efforts to find what caused the fault which appeared correct, re-investigated where I had been more carefully and found as bit of stripped neutral right at the back of the box, almost invisible and disturbed when I had changed the socket. Whole job about 3/4 hour. Cheerful, quick, showed me what the problem had been and how difficult to spot, suggested a precaution for any future changes and at a very reasonable charge.
